Deliciously Soft and Moist Coffee flavoured Sponge, finished with Coffee Swiss Meringue Buttercream, Dark Chocolate Ganache and Coffee Biscuit Crumble. 

Serves 10-12 (wedge style pieces)

Best eaten on day of collection however can be kept at room temperature for 2 days, or refrigerated for 3-4 days.
