Choc Cherry Lamington Cake

Tender Vanilla Sponge, coated in Silky Chocolate Ganache and Sweetened Coconut Flakes, topped with Vanilla Bean Swiss Meringue Buttercream and Homemade Cherry Jam. 

Serves 10-12 (wedge style pieces)

Best eaten on day of collection however can be kept at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerated for 3-4 days.
