Biscoff Cake

Soft and Pillowy Brown Sugar Sponge, Biscoff flavoured Swiss Meringue Buttercream, Biscoff filling, Lotus Biscuit Crumbs and White Chocolate Shards. 

Serves 10-12 wedge style pieces. Best eaten on day of collection however can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 days.
